Neon Dream Crystal Cave

As part of HUBweek 2018, I collaborated with artists Helen Popinchalk and Morgan Grenier on an immersive art container called Neon Dream Crystal Cave. We outfitted the exterior of the container with neon bat camo that fluoresced under black light. Inside, we transformed the space into a lifelike cave structure with fluorescent neon accents. Everything was hand-made by the three of us; paper crystals, clay mushrooms and assorted flora, stalactites, dripping water etc. We even had hidden crevices with surprises like birds, live stream video-feed form across the plaza and real gold fish!
